A Transformative Mentorship Journey
The mentee goes through a six-month mentorship program whose goal is to understand self under the four pillars of life namely Private, Personal, Professional and Public. The curriculum runs on the acronym CREATE. This program is rigorous and deep with strict rules of engagement to help instill values to the mentees.
The program admits a max of 100 mentees and only 50-60% manages to reach the graduation day since the program is rigorous and with an aim of helping the mentee attain self-mastery.
